At Athens Seed Lawn and Garden, we want our return process to be clear and fair. Please review the guidelines below before bringing back any item.
- All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt.
- No returns on plants.
- Items sold at a reduced price or marked down are not eligible for return.
- Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase only if it is unopened and in its original packaging.
- Seed may be returned within 10 days of purchase.
- Seed returns must be for quantities greater than 1/4 pound.
- Return authorization is required for all seed returns.
- Returned seed is subject to a 5% restocking fee or may be issued as store credit. Store credit is valid for 275 days.
- All feed sales are final unless a return authorization number has been issued.
- No returns on organic feeds.
- Manufacturer warranties are not handled at this store location.
- Returns over $300 may require 3–5 business days to process.
